In 1996 Ray successfully completed studies in Franchise Management at the University of NSW and has continually completed numerous courses in sales and marketing. In 2000 Ray continued with his personal passion for sales & marketing by attending the REIQ to successfully complete his full real estate agents licence course and again in 2009 Ray completed a Diploma encompassing risk management and in 2013 Ray completed an advanced Diploma in management to ensure his clients are offered the very best in quality assurance and professional service. Throughout Rays 28 years in positions of sales & business management Ray has developed advanced skills in negotiating, marketing and sales. Ray offers an uncompromising commitment to provide his clients impeccable real estate service back by over 13 years in real estate sales on the Gold Coast.
